Revisions: Website projects include 2 rounds of revisions during the build process. After launch, ongoing changes are handled through a monthly care plan or quoted separately.
Minor updates: Minor updates include small text changes, image swaps, link updates, button changes, basic content edits, and small layout adjustments.
Larger updates: Larger updates may include new pages, redesigns, advanced layout changes, larger content edits, additional website sections, custom features, or functionality outside the original project scope. Larger updates are reviewed and quoted separately.
Monthly plans: Monthly care plans are month-to-month and require an active payment method on file for recurring billing. Plans renew automatically each month unless canceled. Clients may cancel anytime before the next billing date. Updates reset monthly and do not roll over.
Plan changes: Plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Current billing periods are non-refundable.
Payment: Website projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due before the website is launched. Clients may also choose to pay in full upfront.
Client content: Clients are responsible for making sure any text, images, logos, videos, music, brand materials, or other content they provide is owned by them or properly licensed for use on their website.
Service terms: JEM Web Solutions LLC reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services when a project is not a good fit, falls outside scope, or violates agreed terms.
Scope: I focus on clean, modern websites for small businesses, creators, and service-based brands. This includes landing pages, multi-page business websites, redesigns, pricing pages, contact forms, bilingual websites, and website updates. More advanced custom functionality is reviewed separately based on scope.
